"Wow! How To Turn Around Bad Service In One Email"
I have to say the opposite to my last note below due an excellent service recovery.
Following this rant (listed below) they contacted me directly sorted out the problem accepted they had a techical issue and got on with cancelling duplicate orders all within 1 hour. So I have to uprate their customer service from 1 star to 5 stars. Well done Brabantia a great recovery

Their customer care line printed on their bins does not work. Their accessories purchases fail at transaction stage when you buy by PayPal (EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN BILLED BY PAYPAL) their email hangs when you want to talk. A dreadful example of an expensive product with poor customer service'

"I requested a replacement for my BraBantia Bin Lid"
I requested a replacement for my Brabantia Bin Lid, via email yesterday pm. I received an email by a Lucie a young lady who required further information that I did not forward in my initial email. Once I sent the information my request was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Lucie and Brabantia.
