I bought this from brabantia.com at first I was really pleased with it. It looks great in the kitchen and does exactly what it’s meant to do. But then the lid started to bother me a bit. It’s louder than I expected when it closes, especially at night when the house is quiet, and suddenly something that seemed so nice feels a little irritating. It’s not a disaster or anything, and the delivery was fine. The quality also seems decent overall. I do still like the bin, but I wish the closing mechanism was quieter. For me it’s a 3-star one because it’s good, just not quite as good as I hoped

I went on Brabantia just to look for a bin, but ended up browsing the laundry and kitchen stuff too. There’s a good mix of sizes and colours, which made it easier to find something that would actually fit my space and match what I already have. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that a few items felt quite similar, so I had to click around a bit to compare the differences. Overall though, it’s a nice selection and useful if you want practical home items that look decent too.

I ordered this from brabantia.com and, the sizing details were more useful than I expected. I went for the 30L bin for our small kitchen, and it somehow feels like the perfect middle size, even though I’m not sure there really is such a thing.

It fits under our counter just like the measurements said it would, which was a relief because I’d already sort of convinced myself it might not. It also holds more than I thought, so we’re not emptying it every day anymore, which makes it feel bigger than 30L in my head, even though obviously it isn’t.

Delivery was straightforward and nothing went wrong, which is basically all I ask for. Really pleased with it overall and it does exactly what I needed, so I’d give it 5 stars
